I'm so addicted to snus, i literally use over 24 portions in a day, completely removes all appetite, but it has a negative affect on your looks. It increases water retention and makes you extremely dehydrated.

I only take white snus/nicotine pouches.

I currently use the strongest VELO (17 mg/pouch)

I often take them out and reuse them later. I probably average about 3-4 pouches a day. Cutting down now because I'm fasting though.

I use to use loose for a while tbh. Shit was nasty and got stuck in your teeth. You still looked forward to it all the same.
