I have the means to hardmaxx, what should I focus on to ascend from MTN? More conservative hardmaxxes are obviously preferable

What should I focus on if I want to ascend? What would be my highest ROI? I’ve heard rhinoplasty, but I don’t think my nose is the issue. Maybe something to fix the eye area?

double jaw surgery + maxillary expansion will ascend you but unfortunately eye area is what nerfs you also grow your hair out

I think I’d get a canthoplasty + under eye fat grafts, I don’t think anything else would fix the eyes

Focus on eyebrows and eyes and general soft maxxes and accept how you look, there isnt much more to do

lip lift would be raterded because it would fuck up the chin to philtrum ratios, and jaw surgery has no roi for you

100% getting a canthoplasty after asking around. Now just have to find a surgeon
