The ortho offered me braces. But it will take almost 2 years to finish and my mandible/palate will not get wider :( It seems like nobody performs msdo also.
What should i do?? Invisalign and then veneers?

consult with 2-3 orthos and compare what they offer to you

You really need SARPE + MSDO. Fly to another country if necessary for it. Invisalign and veneers after widening both upper and lower dental arch.

Priority number 1 is to widen both upper and lower palate, do not do anything before that.

But is this really worth it at my old age being late 20s?? I also urgently need a jaw implant and this will cost me around 15-20k.
I feel like time is running out....
Maybe i should just go for veneers and cope with my narrow mandible and palate.

@Deusmaximus It's worth it because it is the right way to do things.
People with wide jaws have wide smiles. A narrow palate with a wide jaw would look bad because it is not natural.

You have to do it in this order:
SARPE + MSDO > Invisalign > Jaw implant > Veneers (last because orthos take into account your face when doing veneers, so it's better to have the implant done before them).

MSDO will give you a wider chin and a slightly more U shaped jaw, that's the reason why you have to do implants after it and not before.

I cant find any surgeons that will perform msdo. The ones i consulted said its way to risky and invasive. I would need new tmj joints and infection risk is very high after surgery.

My ortho said braces would widen both palate and mandible. But i am not really sure if that can be true. He said i have big amount of bone to work with. Whatever this means.

Keep consulting. Try to book an online consult with someone that performs MSDO, use google to find one.
Here's a report of MSDO and the patient was 38 years old male:

Is one of your parents British by any chance?
