I have the worst extremely deadly pain after jump rope

i do sets of 100x10 so total 1000 started 3 days ago my calfs hurt like fuck after doing a set its unbearable idk why also at the end my calfs were shaking automatically wtf its so painful

Yes i think its because im doing it regularly even tho my calves havent recovered but i just need to keep going i cant stop
