Right now I’m just trying to reduce my body fat back down to 8% I’m currently 13% and trying to het back to how I was before so muscle memory will help

I just have good genetics for bodybuilding I just went from 9% body fat to 13% now because I was eating liek shit but maintained a good 90% of my muscle mass
