I hadn't brushed them for like 3 months or something and then I brushed them again and now it's been a month without brushing them

Fam when you only eat food from your natural diet (raw meat, blood, milk and rarely berries) you don't need to use unnatural man made products like shampoo and toothpaste and soap

Also when I have shits it comes out instantly and it's just 1 wipe and then I'm done.

I'm skinny with muscle cuz I was vegan the majority of my life but raw meat you gain muscle so much faster
