have u thought about using hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth? back in my teenage years when my neurodivergence was at all time high i'd struggle with brushing my teeth which led to them being pretty yellow-ish now. I thought about using hydrogen peroxide to fix it because no amount of brushing that i do now helps.

It took me a lot of time to get a good physique. I was bloatcel for a long time. in all these years I've experimented with a lot of supplements, exercises etc. I once used to weight 104 kilos and I'm now 82. I also used to have bad skin so I experimented a lot of with skin care also and regular retin a use. I've never touched steroids or any of the hard stuff tho. I've also done various small looksmaxes like chewing, teeth whitening, fashionmaxxing etc but besides these nothing much. most of my college years were spent in front of computer alone, ate the gym or in the army drills.

Don't. Lifts are very bad. Because your heels are lifted most of your bodyweight is going to the front of your feet. Most people already have a tendency to keep their weight in the front, which is bad. Adding lifts is just gonna make it worse. Overtime it will decrease your baseline height.

If you wear them only for special occasions that's fine I guess (even though that doesn't make much sense as then people that know you would notice), but don't put them on everytime you go outside.

That's not possible, stop wearing them believe me. Yours is probably a biased perception, probably placebo. It's not about being comfortable or not. Like I said most people already keep their weight in the front of their feet, but it's not uncomfortable for them. Your feeling sense gets used to almost everything unless it's too extreme, so you can't rely on it to assess whether something is good or bad for you.
That's probably a result of your posture, not your genetics or physiognomy
