I'm trying to quit smoking. Will definitely start again after my gymmaxx arc, but today I got a pack of nicotine gum and honestly it is really good.
No cravings, no buzz, but no brain fog which I have had for a long time. My mind is clear and I feel sharp. 10/10. I study so much easier and am far more focused during conversation, exercise, class etc.

i haven't tried gum but nicotine pouches certainly make you feel sharper for about 30min

I'm using nicotine pouches... It's not ideal though. Better than smoking for sure. Nicotine causes coronary vasoconstriction, more so when smoked admittedly, but its still present in tobaccoless products.

In other words your overall blood flow in your skin becomes reduced, which can damage it for obvious reasons.

I'm a non smoker and I used nicotine gum for a few days because I read it raise T levels. Not worth it to me. Made me kinda dizzy

I bought some and am trying rn but didnt know you had to have it sit in ur mouth for a long time brutal, might just get patches if i want to get into nicotine
