I Injected my Infras with Saline and the results are decent, will fat grafting have a similar result?

Injected my infras with saline around 0.5ml only on one side to see the difference. Does this mean I’ll have a similar result with fat grafting? Since they usually overfill and put way more than 50cc there. Idk how it exactly works but it looks pretty good ngl. Wouldve done DIY filler in this area like i did for chin but apparently it would cause complications with fat grafting, LLR and spacers

Also raised my lower lid quite a bit.

My fat grafting is in January-feb btw
