Yes for some, also depends on your sleep, hydration and how aggressively you are cutting weight. You may end up with a skull face

Well yeah diuretics strip your body of it's water so the eye area becomes dehydrated and gives a more sunken-in look. I would say lean down since it's never a bad idea to do so and see what you look like when maintaining healthy hydration habits, and afterwards a week of diuretics or whatever to see the difference.

Remember that some people cannot be helped and being very lean just isn't for them. Look at Bwython on tt from when he was lean
