Good for you. Mackerel has a ton omega 3s which is very good for the body.

nice, my favourite fish are john dorys but they're not commercially available so you only see them seasonally at random, and you actually need to visit wet markets in the early morning for them.

I have never tried john dory.

mackerel is far and away the best canned fish. i can eat a can in like 10 seconds. not hard to chew like tuna, not all disgustingly heavy like sardines. why isn't it more popular in the US?
