my issue is that in the middle of the day i just get sleepy, so it just wakes me up plain and simple.

but the way caffeine metabolizes in people varies drastically, like im on a gram right now and i barely react to it, although my tolerance may be affected since for the past week ive been taking it consistently. but even when i was first starting, 150mg-200mg didnt really make much of a difference either. but other people get jittery off of like 50mg JFL
