shit nigga i could do 60 kg bench press a few months ago for like 12 reps

now after like 8 months of not working out i decided to start again and my arms were shaking at 60 kg JFL
i became weak asf

how much can you guys bench press? idk my max cuz i dont have more weights than 60 kg

also i weight like 70 kg now i used to weigh 85
 
i look way worse than before tho i lost my ass my frame got worse now my wide hips look worse too JFL
i almost died btw from an accident which caused a health issue and i lost motivation to workout but im okay now im healthy again

I dont bench. i do weighted ring dips better stretch and upper chest activation
