Try not to rely too much on other people, o know it’s harsh and sad but you have to realise that you can’t count on others too much
there will always be a time where you’ll be alone or more alone than normally
Try to get new friends and not get too attached, just use them for you (go out have fun etc) but don’t talk too much about yourself lol, that’s when you start to get attached to them

No I’m trying to get into forensics but yea if I clear the entrance exam 5 years of mbbs which is like the basics of all then I have to give another entrance exam to pursue in specialisation of the field I want to be in which is forensics and that will be of 3 years
