I just got scolded by a mother cause my friend told kids about cooties

Yesterday I was chilling in the park with my friend
We were just sitting on the bench eating chips when he suddenly started teaching a group of kids about cooties I didn’t say anything just watched
Next day I’m walking down the street when I see a little kid pointing at me I stopped and looked confused and then I saw his mom looking mad as hell
I tried to explain I didn’t do anything but the kid keeps pointing so she just kept yelling at me for 10 minutes
