I just got these new products to help my nose but now my nose Lwk hurts

I can't see it well. Is that salicylic acid? It's some sort of acid, that's all I can see. Of course your skin will hurt in the beginning. Moisturize your skin often

How often an that is salicylic acid I use it in pm 2 times a week should I change that active I also use niacimide in the evening
