Really made me realize how bad the average surgeon is, esp for that procedure. Its for rhino and most people dont need this guy for like 98% of cases. But holy he was mogging all other surgeons i consulted with.

Its hard to explain exactly what, i will do a big rhinoplasty thread. People say its a easy surgery but if you actually have a bad nose it isnt easy at all. And many surgeons uses old and bad teqniques. Its a sloppy Surgery overall that people think teqniques matters less which isnt true.

Not really true as bimax is its own division..if you go to the wrong surgeon for bimax you cooked for life. But yea its the surgery that most do and get wrong because bimax is much more rare. Cheaping out on rhino is crazy stupid work

Also many people get botched without knowing, my nose got better after rhino but the surgeon obv didnt do things the right way. Its surgery done by many who just isnt that good and follow the new trends and teqniques

Yeah most people I know who got rhino got botched or were not satisfied and had to get revisions. I'm not going to cheap out on a rhino it's so easy to get botched if you are ethnic.

Some noses are easier to do than others. Many results I see just give the same nose to all the patients which doesn't look good. Or they get a pig nose like Michael Jackson. I also think a botched rhino is hard to fix but I might be wrong..

my nose was broken and is completely off center by like 20-30 degrees on the other side of my face by a noticable amount, ive never taken the leap in getting it addressed as after weeks of researching surgeons for a good one I couldnt find any that I could trust to not botch my nose its definitely a underestimated surgery

you sound very knowledgable on rhinoplasty surgeons, who do you reccomend and would trust to do such a procedure, all I want is it to be realigned perfectly straight where it should be, not reshaped in anyway

I would think Turkish surgeons would know how to handle bulbous as it's common for Ethnic people to have that? I don't get why Turkey gets so much negativity on here, from the results I've seen they are among the best for certain things. I actually think I'm going to go to turkey to get my nose done
