To enter the competition you must have underwent bimax in the last couple of years
You will go to the contest wearing a jersey with your surgeon's name on it
You will be competing against other surgerymaxxed fucks to see who has the most dogmaxxed looking face
The different trophies will be for:
Best looking contestant
Most dogmaxxed contestant (aesthetic level not relevant)
Best result with 5mm maxillary advancement or less
Best result with 6-9mm maxillary advancement
Best result with 10mm+ maxillary advancement
Those are the open entry contests, there will also be team trophies to win where surgeons select a lineup of their best patients and pit them against each other
Let's say the semi final is Alfaro up against Pagnoni, for each round they will be told to select the most suitable patient based on x criteria
x criteria could be "best gonial angle" so they select their patient who is the most fitting and they go onto the runaway to battle against the patient chosen by the other surgeon
The winner of each round will be determined by a vote, rounds can be plentiful since the same patient can be used in different rounds but not every round
The competition will be televised with back stories behind many of the patients who got surgery
The stakes for the surgeons who make it far in the competition are massive because it will mean they'll get huge influx of patients and bump up their prices the following year
