If you are actually between 7-12% bodyfat and look like shit (rare w/o bloating meds or a horrific cheat day), diuretics are an answer, but in the end getting leaner is the route you'll want for the long term.Ok so what if im low bf and bloated... Im trying to cut out all sugars and unnecessary sodium so that should help but do yuo know if diuretics actually work or is it js cope?
Yeah I havent measured but im 120 5,10. You can see my ribcage on my sides so i know im low bf. The only thing I take is adderall but I dont think it causes any sort of bloating. Im thinking about taking eplerenone as a diuretic to help. Im 16 right now so im not sure if I should even be trying to focus on debloating or just bulk as much as I can to induce growth.
Serratus anterior begins to shine through sub-15%, but given your 120 I couldn't guess your bodyfat tbh, I am a similar height but much heavier.

eat healthy food and stay relatively lean so you dont become insulin resistantAlr preesh, ill just focus on gaining that lean mass then. Wasnt sure if I was missing out on any growth by not getting fat but I think ill js stick w gaining muscle mass and natural fats. Too hard to fully pick up the fork any ways.
if the face looks fat while being low bf, its just a bonemass related issue
