Basically replace easily mastic gum for more than a year, great economy, Chisell is not recommended because it can affect negatively the jaw articulation overtime with the fact that the force vectors are positioned in front teeth area and it can maybe create a gap in ur bite overtime too

make regular threads on ur progress bro

It is on molar-premolar mastication zone and the duration is up to max 30 min each day, I would be a fool to do it more and i will feel the pain in all cases

U can chew plenty hours with regular gums and u will feel a low muscular tension after 1 or 2 hours of Chewing, but it is basically more a muscular endurance training than renforcement one, basically u can expect the same order of feeling and more with Jawliner after a couple of minutes based on the improved object resistance but of course u must diminish the duration of training with the intensity of training generated, it is like making a dead lift training with undefined reps, ur body will stop it and u will feel painy-tired before risking injuries

With chewing you do run the risk of wearing your teeth down. Also, jawliner breaks really quick. I think I got about two weeks from mine.

Did u get the hard one?
There is one year of guarantee in the site
I think u don't need to chew it to the point you get ur teeth in contact, not necessarily with this resistance

I did get the hard one. But the problem appears to be a structural defect. They always break in the same place.

So I will buy the beginner one with the resistance close to raw meat

just use a boxing mouth guard

Take K2 MK-4 must. Fix your Calcium : Phosphorus ratio to be 1:1 ideally 1.2:0.8

Do you chew with it with primarily Masseter or temporal?

How do you clean the piece? I think it will be full of agressive bacterias after a few uses
