I just realized that despite my bloodwork and bodycomp being healthy, im still not geting a whole array of nootrients because I dont eat plant based

Because I don't eat plant based food.

Like where is my fibre, polyphenols, oxalates and more?

Someone suggest me on what vegetables to eat, I don't want to die of cancer please

Aajonus is the same as the sv3rige

His explanations for the things he does are anecdotal based and often doesn't make sense scientifically

He just speaks in better English and with higher vocab so most people perceive him as smarter lol

No I meant that aajonus atleast includes a wide variety of Whole Foods.
Also now you realized that raw meat fad was just a trend?
They can be healthy and taste good but usually are better as part of meals.
For example: Rare steaks, Mett, Carpaccio, Beef tartare etc.
