No. I do not think you need to "leave this site" as another user has suggested. I do not know why he would suggest.

If you let the site consume you, then yes, I think it can be problematic. If you can find something else to focus on primarily, then I think you'll be fine staying on this site.

Finding something to do rather than brood all day about how your life sucks will help you cope, though this is a lot easier said than done.
Perhaps reading, learning to code, learning to trade stocks/crypto could be something to do.

Literally anything.
Maybe if I read a novel I will imagine myself in the main characters place.
Imagine stuff that isn't gonna happen.
Not something you could be able to do.
