Over I have low energy too, but I don't think its depression.

If you go in there and say low energy, motivation, mood, etc you will just get stamped as depressed and offer you SSRI's, possibly different in your country though.

I've been to one consultation. The women asked me general stuff and said i should get a girlfriend and try yoga. Then gave me a paper that said i have depression and put me on a waiting list for a therapist but i didn't end up going
