just build proper posture habits & optimize your puberty (diet, activity). Maybe some pharmaceuticals like hgh but im not well versed, heard some say u have to do it pre-puberty for height/bone gains tho

You'll probably look fine when you age a bit & the neoteny fixes.

Dont stress & be social is prob the best advice doe XD
