I know more about skincare than any of you here.

Can I use hydroquinone on my dark circles?

Under the eye? I think the skin in that area is too thin. I would recommend kojic acid instead.

La dieta nomas hace peor lo que ya tienes. Si ya tienes acné, y tienes una dieta mal, lo va hacer más irritado. Adapaleno y peroxida no hacen nada para los cicatrices. Lo que necesitas es tretinoina.

Exfoliation is key. If it’s under the eyes, than physical exfoliation. Anywhere iCal exfoliation.

You’re likely gonna get worse during that time frame.
Btw what do you mean by getting worse? As I'm the accutane + hydrocortisone will do the opposite of thinning my nose?

Why does every bb cream I try break me out

How to get rid of yellow undertones and instead get red/orange/golden ones?

Can I use hydroquinone for 3 months and then maintain my results (if i get some) with tret + aza?

No, rather that time frame would be when you’re likely gonna start purging on tretinoin. The thinning will continue

Undertones are usually genetic unless you get a tan or do the opposite and hide from the sun. But beta carotene or melanoma n is a good start.

Yes, but expect slight reversal with just azelaic acid. Azelaic isn’t as potent as hydroquinone.

hydrocolloid patches reduces naso folds? first i'm hearing of this, aren't these patches for spots?

Is this a decent sunscreen?

Also how important is tretinoin? I already use a bunch of stuff just for the purpose of looks I don't want to add it to my stack unless its really necessary.

Look at the ingredients, avoid oil based ones, and if it’s heavy double cleanse
I tried many of them and tried mineral ones, I even kept track with chat gpt about the ingredients, double cleansing aswell

They still break me out, is it because I apply too much? i usually cover my whole face, or could my skin be that sensitive

Yes, but they’re pretty hydrating.

Ingredients aren’t terrible, but could be a lot better. For that price point look into vanicream or cetaphil sunscreen.
And tretinoin is the gold standard for acne and aging. Possibly one of the most fundamental looksmaxxing products.

Mineral ones? Are we talking about bb creams or sunscreens

I've never heard of melanoma. What about lycopene?

I've heard bad things about hydroquinone like once you stop using it, dark pigmentation will come back even stronger

Sorry, I meant to say melanotan, the peptide. Hydroquinone you can cycle to avoid hyperpigmentation rebound, and beta carotene will always be the gold standard for coloring,

Most bb creams have spf, I’ve tried ones without even, I mean give me an example of one you think won’t break me out and I will compare the ingredients

I don't wanna de darker with melanotan, just more red undertones. Will I have to keep using hydro forever basically?

Yeah? Then what should a person who has persistent acne (not terrible but it's noticeable) for the last 5 years and no matter what he tries it doesn't go away? They workout and play sports so they are always sweating which may cause it. But they tried multiple types of facial creams, washed face though out day, changed sheets and pillow cases frequently, even tried tretinion. What do

Elf, covergirl, and neutrogena are good for the price point

Well you’ll need to either accept that you need to use blush or consistently use vasodilators of some sort. That’s beyond my knowledge at the moment, so tread carefully. After a while on hydro you could just use maintanence applications

I was in the same position as you a while back, save yourself the time and just hop on Accutane. If you’re weary look into fixing your skin barrier

So this thread where they say to use it for 1-2 weeks is wrong?

Btw while we're on this topic, how should I apply it (both tretinoin + hydrocortisone)?

Bhai I have very oily skin and my current routine has oil cleanser, cleanser, tea tree ampoule, aloe vera moisturizer, and sunscreen. My acne is persistent but last year I start developing it on my cheeks as opposed to having it only on my forehead and chin. Should I just hop on Brainlabz's Isotretnoin? I'm starting to give up clearing my skin through skincare and dieting.

Yeah if only down for two weeks it’ll just revert back after. You gotta cycle the hydrocortisone and apply tretinoin every week or so first and slowly go up to every day

your skin messed up before the skincare?

Products for acne scars
Tretinoin gold standard, for physical scars use aha/bha peel from the ordinary, for discoloration use topicals faded

Yes, i started getting acne around 13 on my forehead. After i got a facial i started to experience cheek acne. May not be caused by the facial because I coincidentally started growing more bone mass around that time. Probably hormone changes

I've been mixing tretinoin with hc and slathering it in my nose for 2 weeks

What do you mean exactly by cycling the hc?

Also applying tretinoin everyday is fine for me now, I already went through the purge stage.

How can I get rid of acne hyperpigmentation?
