This. 8% to 10% bf is so much better than 14%.

I'm at 15% I think I look good but too women I'm too ugly to date. It's insane the effect around 10% has on girls. They do not see a little bodyfat the same way men see it on girls.

They see a 15% bodyfat man the same way we see a 60% bodyfat woman because of their biology in only be attracted to the top guys.

It's a massive struggle, I'm always hungry trying to loose weight. I'll make a little progress and then I'll be sick or in a lot of pain from the tattoo work I keep getting and try hard not to over eat but still wind up eating a bit more and be back up to 15% or 16%, when I make progress down towards 14%.

The same when I do longer fasts and don't eat for a few days. My body just freaks out when I'm under 190 lbs and I crave junk food and stay super hungry until I rebound back up. If I'm counting calories this is when my will power breaks.

I won't give up though. I'll get it. What's your experience? Have you tried to get down towards 10%?

I'm trying to get down to 10% - I'm at 14% rn and I was at 15% in December. What motivates me is after a hard, horrible day at work seeing sick people everywhere, I go to my home gym and let it all out
