i laid in bed for 3 hours today before getting up

last night i sleep late my sleep schedule is ruined. i woke up with 6 hours of sleep so i tried to get more because i was going to the gym later but couldn't go back to sleep because it's so hot i could barely breath. so i coomed and watched anime. then i got up and ate my chicken. didnt even season it i just munch it and swallowed it with water. now i feel lightheaded from cooming so much im probably not doing anything today it's already 4:30pm another day wasted.
