Did a shit ton of bicep curls with super light weight due to really weak joints and some problems

Like 100 reps of 5 pounds, then some other things

And my fucking elbows are destroyed,

My biceps not even sore that was retarded, I'm doing 10s next time

Today ill do legs and abs tho
