I literally lost 6 kg of weight in 5 days without training.

Jfl i literally dont understand how i have done this. I just was living on a huge calorie deficiency like from 800 - 1400 max daily and on 2 cheat days 2.200 (which will still make me lose weight btw) and was drinking water all the time whenever I felt like eating.

These last 5 days i have literally done no workouts besides riding my bike for 30 minutes everyday ( going to the station to catch my bus to school). I also feel alot more energized and fit these last days.

Take into account that i also just ate whatever i wanted to eat (tho i didnt eat mcdonalds and other junkfood restaurants). And didnt take into account the amount of carbs etc the food had, only thing i looked at was sugar amount and fat amount (not more than 90grams fat a day).

1kg of fat is roughly 7000kcal,which means you should be in a 35000kcal deficit, which is highly unlikely in 5 days.
You definitely lost some fat, and probably got rid of some water.

You're on the right path though! Good luck with your diet bruh
 
Dont understand why people here are eating 1k cals as a MAN. Wtf? Do your dick still goes up?

What is so difficult about eating 500 calories under maintenance and lifting for strenght? You would lose FAT (not weight) and still gain muscle (if you're a begginer). I don't get why everyone here wants to look like a stick with a pencil neck (if you look like a prettyboy then that's ok, but if you don't then you are cucking yourself)
