For me, the routine and structure of a job, even if it's not fulfilling, can provide me a sense of purpose and a reason to get up in the morning. During covid, i was sleeping till about 2 pm, eating shit cereal and rotting all day, and it was the worst time of my life. literally felt like prison. I cant wait to finally get a job next year.
