What did i lose then? Did I burn any fat?
 
couldve lost a lot of muscle, or you could just be bloated rn and not notice the change in fat

I measured it. It is same. I will never get hollow cheeks if it keeps going like that

I’ve had hollow cheeks since I’m a teen because of being underweight. You gotta be very low bf for them or be cillian murphy

instead of eating. crabs just eat a diet of only protien and fat
