I lost ~10 kg in one month

I will only fall behind
These are critical ages for my career tbh,after this it becomes too late.Im tryna hop on bpc157 ive even tried to talk my parents about it but they said that i should go to physio instead
They dont know that physio is just a grifter who is tryna make money of me
when i first got injured i went for like 9 months like but all she did was giving me some exercises that i already know
You’re making the exact same mistake my friend made 10 years ago. Until you’re fully healed, you should take time off.

i NEED LOSE 10KG. but im gonna do it in 3-4 month 😢
 
I was around 85 kg on 4 January when I started dieting, and today I weighed myself at 75.6 kg. :Okay:
I have lost 8KG Since late November 😊

A few years ago back in 2023 I did what you did for me 6 months I did see results but it fucked up my mental health and sleep so I decided to diet healthier this time losing only 1KG per week.

Rn I’m 103.5KG down from 110KG I’ll prob reach 95KG mid-late march

Hopefully I’ll be low 90s by Spring. Bear in mind I’m very muscular as well so I get away more with weighing a lot cos I have a lot of muscle and lift heavy in the gym
 
I have not done many exercises, I have gone to the gym four times in the beginning of January, but I kind of stopped going in the middle of January due to examinations. As for diet, I was eating protein-rich food at the beginning, such as quark and tuna, and sometimes even burgers. But the weight loss was slow. Then after two and a half weeks, I switched to OMAD, I think. And then last week, I decided to do a six-day fast which really helped, because it made me lose 3.3 kg.
mirin hard:animeWow::animeWow::animeWow: could you help me understand what the OMAD diet is? is it js high protien, high fat low carbs?
