So how did I do this?

Well I made sure to burn around 1.5-2k calories a day and ate only 2-2.3k calories a day.

Walking for 2-3 hrs daily, 10 min HIIT and 10 min Weightlifting (drop set format so only 30 seconds breaks between each set)

I have been every day and I hit a plataue and haven’t gone below 193.2 for over a week now. So yes this is very much accurate and I can celebrate.

Unlike you I’m not on some starvation diet nor am I willing to lose muscle like you so it’s not even impressive just sad. I eat 2-2.3k a day so mines actually impressive because I’m doing body recomposition

You lost water weight mosty you did not burn 4.000 kcal a day you need to do 5 hours of cardio and eat nothing to achieve that

No it’s not water weight as I eat a lot of carbs all the time to prevent that ā€œMUH water weightā€ shit from effecting me. I’m very knowledgeable about nutrition and dieting unlike many of the idiots here

My glycogen stores are lower today cos I just woke up and I’m fasted from sleep I. I hope to be 191lbs before august so I have 2 days and I’ll be burning 2k every day which is 1lbs of fat gone again cos one lbs of fat is is 3500 calories which I’ll burn in these next days

My face looks the same excpet for when I use camera on my phone where it looks leaner but in mirrors I look the same. I don’t think I have changed much at all only thing that had changed is my clothes don’t fit properly anymore

I ain’t binged In over a month. I literally cannot remeber the last junk food I ate. Though I do make low calorie alternatives like chips and burgers but they are lower calorie and I don’t use oils and shit.

It’s from fat. Won’t be from muscle as I workout everyday and keep a good record of that. Won’t be from water cos I eat a lot of carbs. It’s basically fat, time frame isn’t too short it took me from Thursday to get here and I burnt 2.5k calories every day.
