So guys 6 weeks ago I had my Bimax : 6mm upper, 13mm lower with CCW rotation, no genio cause I had one a long time ago. Before that the last time I touched and fucked a girl was May 2023 
Went to this party 2 days ago, my sister's friend was here (he hosted the party) she's 6 years younger that me (I'm close to 30), I was looking pretty good, well dressed and feeling good, not too much swelling left from the Bimax.
We were talking and flirting all night and at the end of the party at 5am maybe we got together in a bedroom and we kissed and cuddled for around 2 hours, no sex cause too dangerous (house full of people sleeping and we wanted to keep it secret, plus I don't want to do anything serious without my friend knowing it). I feel so much better now after the Bimax, I was a very recessed birdcel cuck like thelordmadness pretty much, with a hooked nose etc, a real birdcel. Now my face looks more harmonious, my side profile is still not strong I would say but everything is more balanced. Before that I would never go and talk to a girl thinking "fuck that it's over go kys you ugly sub5". Now I feel I have at least a slight chance, and I'm more open to show my personality, joking etc
Next I want to do custom implants, rhino, undereye fat grafting and maybe a hair transplant
