Do you think it is too late to reach my genetic potential? Today my mom spouted a huge rant about how lying in bed all day makes me weak and I will be prone to osteoporosis when I'm older. It got me thinking about how maybe due to years of very bad habits it's literally impossible for me to become strong and fit. I stopped doing sports at like 13 and have just been permarotting; eating junk food and chainsmoking since. I fear that I have destroyed my body and mind too far for it to have began for me.
