At July 2025 (14 years old), I was around 26% body fat. From July 2025 to March 2026 (almost 15 years old), I was in a calorie deficit that brought me from about 26%ish to 17%ish body fat. During that time, I also did extreme calorie deficits, like eating 1800 kcal while training 6 days a week. So I was eating 1800 kcal, working out 6 days a week at 14. Needless to say, I haven’t grown at all since then, and I’m worried that I may have stunted my growth because of the deficits. Since March, I’ve started eating in a surplus.
Also im 15yo 172cm (5"8) and my dad is 190cm (6"3) and my mom is 163cm (5"4).
So can anyone tell me if I really stunted my growth?I asked chatgpt but that guy just copes.
