I must have compressed my spine very badly

When I went to the doctor and they measured me at 6ft and a half an inch
I knew that couldn't be right, I thought "surely I'm at least 6'1?" I am. I got a measuring line that same day and my grandpa confirmed that yes it was measured correct and THAT DAY I was indeed only 6ft
But 4 days later I came back and made my own line and it is at least 2 cm higher. Actually at this point my head is above both lines.
That doctor's office visit must have just been a bad day for my posture or something.

My finger is where my head comes to and that initial black line is where I was supposedly no more than 184 cm.
Also as you can see from my physique I have a similar lanky appearance to most 6'1 and over guys.
