does lefort 2 not make your nose bigger? Ngl people always post lefort 2 but i cant see how this would look good unless you pair it with an OBO because your lower face would protrude out like a gorilla

Lefort 2 is highly invasive but the ascensions are incredible ngl if its done right with other surgeries
