I need a good ppl split routine

the "best" split are those that are going to hit your muscle 2-2.5,-3x a week so either (upper lower) (upper lower/ppl) (full body)(ppl 2x)

use free weights and get a deep stretch. just watch jeff nippard honestly. or ego lift because no one gives a fuck
