I know my sub human genetics wont even get me anywhere near David laids physique But i trying to start working out. I don't know what I'm doing, i need a good workout routine.

Its not rocket science bro. You can find all good exercises online, and optimize the amount of training so that you don't either overdo or underdo anything.


I was going to the gym religiously 2 years ago and its really not rocket science. Don't buy "online courses" from ppl like david laid. They have good genetics and are on steroids

Just find 1 exercise for every muscle group except traps and do 1 set with 0 rir and then a set to failure and drop set

300-500mgs test and shoulders everyday for 13 weeks or just do a PPL split where you hit everything 2 times a week
