Good news: u don’t need any kind of surgery to really improve. BUT you have to improve your hairline and fix your early balding!!

In my opinion a small amount of filler on the jawline, chin and cheekbones and tan and minoxidil for eyebrows and maybe Botox for eyebrow lift would improve you a lot.
