Debloating isnt really working for me too well and It might be because I still have some baby fat in my cheeks so it's not very noticeable when I debloat but Ive tried a decent amount of things to try debloating but It won't work I think I might just need to wait till the baby fat in my cheeks goes away as I get older I'll keep sticking to a good diet though in the meantime
