bonesmashed my chin for months and the swelling pooled under my chin. I want to take it out with a needle but I’m afraid I might end up fucking myself over. I already got a ultrasound scan and for some reason, it didn’t detect anything. How can I avoid hitting a nerve? What’s the perfect needle gauge
