im 15½, im 175cm now and 45kg im currently deficient in iron and i am starting iron supplents plus D3+K2/magnesium/zinc. Im trying to build some mass/build a physique, maybe even gain a little extra growth. Do y'all guys know anything else worth supplementing with? Also im desperately looking for help with diets cuz i have tried several different diets before and havent had luck with them

If you want to gain muscle, why aren't you supplementing with whey protein isolate?

You'll also need to make sure you sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time daily, make sure you train for hypertrophy (do movements slowly) and then maybe get a blood restriction band.
