I need advice to gain weight (58kg weight 185cm height) 18 year old

I'm damn skinny, I eat over 3,000 calories a day, I eat healthily, I follow a diet, I go to the gym, and I can't gain weight. What the hell is going on? I have the potential to build muscle mass because I have low body fat and water retention. Does anyone have any advice on how to gain weight effectively because my weight either stays the same or goes down. I've lost 5 kg in a year

Any substance that spikes ghrelin for extended time period like MK 677 for example
And any substance that increases muscle gain like test for example

Simple. You burn more than both your basal metabolic rate, the rate at which you burn calories just doing little activity AND your maintenance.

The way it reads, it sounds like a surplus for you is 3,900+ kals

You’re either 6’2+ and not eating enough or way too active/putting way too much in the gym.

Write TDEE Calculator on Google and input your information like your Height,Weight,Age once you are done with that it should give you your maintenance calories, eat MINIMUM 500+ calories over that so you can build muscle

Write TDEE Calculator on Google and input your information like your Height,Weight,Age once you are done with that it should give you your maintenance calories, eat MINIMUM 500+ calories over that so you can build muscle
