just a normal palate expansion with sarpe I had it at 18 cause I said I was biting my tongue and had mild sleep apnea which actually worked

You expand both upper and lower at the same time

wtf, how do they expand the down teeth ??
I dont know why, but i thought only "upper" palate could be expanded and some people had it very narrow to the point they could expand this withou messing up

Upper palate expands but they also have mandibular expansion but it only straightens the lower teeth.

They have surgery to widen the lower jaw but it’s usually only in double jaw surgery but it’s case by case doesn’t hurt to ask your dentist

my parents are ignorant idiots. i had longer jaw during 10-12, but during 13-15 it started to look worse. even my lower lip looked bigger because my jaw was in such a good place. should've taken braces.... need to timetravelmaxx... fuck...

these guys here are completely clueless...my palate is wide as fuck.
2 ortodontist said this without me saying nothing.
its just that teeth are crowded inwards, that type that closes then opens at the back. Like Barretts.
