should I bulk, lean bulk or maingain and how do I know what to eat? Ive been trying to bulk and I told chatgpt to make me a bulking plan but it genuinely takes 20 hours plus to eat everything man idk what to do im overwhelmed :feelswhy:

Liquid Calories: Make an 800-calorie shake with milk, peanut butter, and oats. Drink it twice a day for better results.
Try caloric density foods, add olive oil to your rice. Eat fatty cuts of meat. Stop trying to eat 5 bowls of oatmeal a day.
Don't spend 20 hours eating. If you can't finish your food, your food isn't 'dense' enough.

Aim for a surplus of 250 to 500 calories. Anything more is just a fat gain speedrun.
I think bulking is a jewish propaganda too.
