Downgrown, so i need to reduce midface length and ccw to fix downward growth obviously

i already have a very comapact midface, i got a fwhr of 2-2.1 depending on the photo. the only reason im getting ccw is because my chin is reccesed due to a high gonial angle.

would a ccw rotation make my face even more compact?
