I'm actually not thaaat fat (28 BMI). I lose weight easily regardless of my diet, but Mirtazapine got my metabolism fucked up that's why I'm trynna limit using it

I usually order some burger plus ice coffee. Technically us Buddhists shouldn't rly eat meat/beef either, but I still have a bacon mcdouble every now and then may Buddha forgive me

It’s been awhile since I had any bacon. Last time I had it was in the 2010s when I wasn’t practicing. I’ve had a few hamburgers recently though, not permissible to eat but I’ve changed my ways.

Burger king and arbys are overhated, the double whopper is goated and the fries taste golden cooked but the nuggets just arent my jam

Hmm well I’ve got benzos for sleep after I got a prescription from the doctor’s, and one zopiclone pill from my brother, but I prefer to do it naturally. I’ll use the sleeping meds as last resort. For now I’ve got an autumn break so I don’t need it. Would I not be able to fix my sleeping schedule by the time school begins again, then I’ll make sure to take it the night before.
