Ive done so much research on my own, but a man knows when to throw in the towel, ive gone through 3 gym phases so far, all of which ended prematurely for one reason or another. I need an outsiders opinion on my current physique and what to do right now and in the future, (workout schedule, Basic nutrition, course of action)

I know I'am asking for alot but I must admit, the shit ive been doing so far isnt working lmao.

Left it broad on purpose honestly, not to proud of how look at the moment nor what ive been doing

Ive leaned down then gotten fat again 3 times now, I haven't worked out consistently, I haven't eaten good Quality food consistently, ive been living on motivation rather than discipline. I know what I should do right now because as I said before Ive been engrossed in this topic for almost 2 years now, so I know what's optimal and what not, but thats exactly what iam afraid off, it feels like iam in some kind of vortex, everytime I start doing well gym/physique wise something comes up and stalls or ruins all of my progress

I'd like to hear other people's opinions, on specifically what I should do right now, both physique and nutrition wise (should I lean down then recomb, or should I just recomb in a deficit, or should I focus on just leaning down first, etc.)

I hope that clears up any misconceptions

nah i get you i’ve been in that exact same loop before and it’s horrible the main piece of advice i have is to make sure you’re not overdoing anything. always keep stuff manageable; you said you can cut down but then regain the fat, i wanna ask how many calories were you eating in your deficit? possible eating disorder? how long did it take? how lean did you get? questions like these indicate whether or not the fat loss is even sustainable, as many people involuntarily end up regaining some fat whether it be out of guilt, pleasure or anything else.

you mentioned you’ve been lifting for a while and doing what’s optimal, but i just wanna regurgitate that you shouldn’t overdo your training too. getting burnt out is a common thing if you even up overtraining or eating too much/little.
